3. chrome://flags/#pdf-viewer-update   directly and keep next step.
4. search for pdf views
5. set the pdf viewer update flag  to enabled , will update viewer description when enabled the pdf viewers will update UI option features 
6. its available for all desktop versions of google chrome
7. finally restart google chrome
